Now, for this week’s Global Design Project color challenge. We’d love for you to play along, and post your creations in our gallery.

To show off the fun, color combination, I chose the Art Gallery Bundle, a favorite from the January-June 2021 Mini Catalog. The stamp set and dies can be purchased separately, or in a bundle which gives you a 10% savings. Clicking on the pictures in my Product List below takes you to the details.

Art Gallery Flower

I began with a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. This was layered with Basic White Cardstock, 4″ X 5 1/4″, embossed with the Tasteful Textile Embossing Folder.

The middle piece is Subtles 6X6″ Designer Paper in a Blushing Bride print, cut with an Ornate Layers Die. I love the detailed edge, don’t you?

For the focal point, I created a layered, Art Gallery, flower. I used two stamps, stamped in Real Red Ink (one on top of the other) on Basic White Cardstock, and used its die for cutting. Then, I used two more stamps for the layered part of the flower, cut with its die, and attached the parts with Dimensionals. 

Next, I stamped the stem & leaves in Bermuda Bay Ink, used its die for cutting, and attached it with Dimensionals.

The sentiment, “thank you,” is from the Art Gallery Stamp Set, stamped in Bermuda Bay Ink, cut with a Floral Gallery Die, and attached with Dimensionals.
