Did you know today is International Sloth Day? I didn’t know, either, until Sidney the Sloth, from Zoo Crew Designer Paper, informed me. He said he was the best sloth at Stampin’ Up!, and deserved to be featured on today’s card. I couldn’t quite imagine how to proceed, but he said to “relax,” and he would tell me what to do.
Sidney asked that I fussy cut him free from the designer paper, and place him on Dimensionals. After that I was to use Alphabet a la Mode Dies to cut “R-E-L-X” from Lost Lagoon Cardstock. I knew I shouldn’t ask about the “A,” but I did. He said he was perfectly shaped for the “A,” and that’s where he would sit. And, since he was on Dimensionals, I needed to use a Foam Adhesive Sheet to raise the other letters.
Sidney the Sloth
Sidney chose a leafy background from Hello Irresistible Designer Paper, cut with the third largest Deckled Rectangles Die. This was glued to Basic White Cardstock, cut with the second largest Deckled Rectangles Die.
Both were attached with Dimensionals to a Pretty Peacock card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. After I adhered “R-E-L-Sidney-X” to the card front, my sloth card was complete. Happy International Sloth Day!

The Traditions of Christmas Designer Paper is fabulous, and I love the unique patterns and colors. Today’s card shows off a Pebbled Path pattern, cut with the largest Radiating Stitches Die, which makes a frame on a Pebbled Path card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
The center was cut, using the second largest Radiating Stitches Die, from Basic White Cardstock, and glued within the patterned frame.
Saint Nicholas
Santa was cut with a Saint Nicholas Die from Traditions of St. Nick Designer Paper. You can see details of these products by clicking on the pictures in my Product List below.
Before gluing Santa in place, I used a Forever Forest Die to cut a tree from Thick White Basic Cardstock.
I HAD to decorate the tree, and used a Saint Nicholas Die to cut the ornaments from More Dazzle Specialty Paper. They were applied with pin dots of Liquid Glue, and the Take Your Pick Tool for placement.
“‘Tis the season” is from the Brightest Glow Stamp Set, stamped in Pebbled Path Ink, fussy cut, and glued in place.

Do you remember when the sought after, Trucking Along Builder Punch, was out of stock? It’s back, and available now in Online Exclusives. Clicking on the picture in my Product List below will take you there. No wonder this truck has been popular!
Trucking Along with hearts
I stamped the outline of the truck, from the Trucking Along Stamp Set, in Memento Black Ink on Basic White Cardstock. Then, I used the “two-step” stamp with Real Red Ink for coloring the body, and I used a Basic Black Stampin’ Blend for the tires.
Next, I cut the hearts from three colors of cardstock: Cajun Craze, Pumpkin Pie, and Crushed Curry. After cutting the hearts, with a Crafting With You Die, I glued them together and put them in the bed of the truck.
The background was created with Earthen Elegance Designer Paper, cut with Grove Dies, and glued to a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
The sentiment, “special delivery,” is from the Trucking Along Stamp Set, stamped in Memento Black Ink, and cut with the Double Oval Punch. After gluing the edge to the truck and hearts, and attaching the truck, hearts, and sentiment with Dimensionals, my Trucking Along card was complete.

I wanted to give you a sneak peek by making a “rocker” card, using the Deckled Circles Dies.
Bee Mine Rocker Card
To begin my “rocker” card design, I used the second largest Deckled Circles Die to cut Thick Basic White Cardstock, and folded it in half. Then, I used the third largest die to cut Bee Mine Designer Paper in a Daffodil Delight plaid.
After cutting the circle, I cut it in half, and glued the half circles on the front and back of my rocker, card base. Because the pattern is directional, I was careful to cut on the lines. (This was after cutting it crooked the first time, LOL).
Next, I made the darling bees. First, I stamped the bodies in Daffodil Delight Ink on Basic White Cardstock, followed by stamping the stripes, faces, and antennas in Memento Black Ink, and using the Bee Builder Punch for cutting. I fussy cut the antennas, not realizing the small heart on the punch was meant for that. Next time!
Second, I stamped the wings in Petal Pink Ink, used the Bee Builder Punch for cutting, and glued them to the bodies. Before attaching the bees with Dimensionals, I gave the cheeks red dots, with a Sweet Sorbet Stampin’ Blend.
“Bee Mine” is from the Bee My Valentine Stamp Set, stamped in Memento Black Ink. This rocker card will fit in our Medium Envelope, which I decorated with Bee Mine Designer Paper on the flap. It was easy to cut a 6″ X 2 1/2″ piece, glue it to the flap, and trim the excess, using the flap as a template.

For this week’s Global Design Project, we get to CASE (copy and selectively edit) Kayla Renee’s beautiful card.

My design began with A Gorgeous Garden Die, used to cut Delightful Floral Designer Paper. After Cutting, I glued the 4″ X 5 3/8″ die-cut to a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
Gorgeous Garden Leaves
Next, I used the second largest Radiating Stitches Die to cut Delightful Floral Designer Paper, which I glued to the center of the card front.
The leaves and twigs were cut with Autumn Leaves Dies from Lost Lagoon Cardstock, and Dry Brushed Metallic Specialty Paper. They were glued flat, with the exception of the center leaf, which was raised on Dimensionals.
“Thanks” is from the Wonderful Thoughts Stamp Set, cut with its Wonderful Thoughts Die. I stamped it in Pretty Peacock Ink on Thick Basic White Cardstock, which I adhered to a Piece of Foam Adhesive Sheet for dimension.
To complete the design, I added five, Pastel Adhesive-Backed Sequins.

Today’s card began with snippets of Garden Green Cardstock, cut with a Christmas Pinecone Die. This die is a carry-over, available now in the 2023-2024 Annual Catalog, which you can see in my product List below. It can cover an entire card front, or be cut into smaller pieces, as shown here.
Christmas Pine Boughs
Next, I used a Christmas Classics Die to cut the square from Joy Of Christmas Designer Paper, layered it for thickness, glued the boughs to the back, and placed it on Dimensionals.
The background is Basic White Cardstock, 3 7/8″ X 3 7/8″, embossed with the Cane Weave Embossing Folder. This was glued to Joy Of Christmas DSP in a Pecan, woodgrain pattern, 4″ X 4″. Then, I glued the 4″ square to a Crumb Cake card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″, embossed with the Timber Embossing Folder.
“Many merry thoughts and wishes” is from the Saint Nicholas Stamp Set, stamped in Mossy Meadow Ink, and cut with a Sending Die. I used a Foam Adhesive Sheet for dimension, and propped the end, under “many,” on a Mini Dimensional.
For a touch of sparkle, I added three, Flat Adhesive Backed Pearls.
