The English translation for “agradezco tu amistad” is “I appreciate your friendship.” You’ll find this sentiment in Stampin’ Up’s! new Spanish set, Texturas Naturales. It’s also available in English, and you can see both versions in my Product List below.
I began today’s card by stamping the pot in Copper Clay Ink on Basic White Cardstock, and using an Earthen Textures Die for cutting. Then, I used a second, Earthen Textures Die to cut the branches from Wild Wheat Cardstock.
“I appreciate your friendship”
Next, I used an Irresistible Blooms Die to cut the vertical strip from Copper Clay Cardstock.
Last week, I discovered a good way to add this unusual die-cut to your cards, so here it is again. Cut a piece of Cardstock, 6 1/4″ X 1 1/2″, and adhere it to the same size cut of an Adhesive Sheet. Then, place the Irresistible Blooms Die on top of the cardstock, and run it through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine. After cutting, poke out all the parts that aren’t part of the design, before peeling the backing of the Adhesive Sheet.
Leaving the die in place, position it on the card front, pressing to make it stick, before removing the die.
The background is Hello Irresistible Designer Paper, 3 1/2″ X 4 3/4″, given a border with the second largest Stitched With Whimsy Die. This layer was glued to a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4.
I stamped the sentiment in Copper Clay Ink, used a Stylish Shapes Die for cutting, and attached it with Dimensionals.

Today’s card is clean and simple, using new products from the 2023-2024 Annual Catalog.
I began by using a Wonderful Thoughts Die to cut the flowers from Bright & Beautiful Designer Paper. To give the flowers dimension, I used the same die to cut two more flowers from cardstock, and glued them together. The added thickness gives the flowers a nice “feel,” a technique I like to use.
You’re Wonderful
Next, I used a second Wonderful Thoughts Die to cut two skinny, colorful strips from Bright & Beautiful Paper. Then, I stamped the sentiment from the Wonderful Thoughts Stamp Set, and used the same die for cutting.
“You’re wonderful, you’re loved, you matter,” is long and skinny, so I placed the stamp on the die to make sure it was straight before cutting.
The three strips were glued to a Basic White Cardstock, cut with the third largest Deckled Rectangles Die, which I attached with Dimensionals. Prior to gluing and attaching, I gave the layer texture with a Basics 3D Embossing Folder. This folder is one of three in a pack, that will be available in Online Exclusives the week of May 15.
To Complete the card, I used the largest Deckled Rectangles Die to cut the first layer from Bright & Beautiful Designer Paper. This was glued to a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.

Are you ready to see more new products? Today’s card features a carry-over favorite with several new products. The colors were found on the “solid” side of new, Fresh As A Daisy Designer Paper: Garden Green, Pretty Peacock, Pebbled Path, and Moody Mauve.
I began by using the carry-over, Grove Die, to cut the foreground trees from green, Fresh As A Daisy Designer Paper, 5 1/4″ X 4″.
Scenic Wonders with Deer
Next, I stamped A Scenic Wonders Stamp in Granny Apple Green Ink on Basic White Cardstock. I cut the white cardstock 1/8″ smaller, so when the Grove trees were glued on top, the white wouldn’t show around the edges. Another tip is to use a Sponge Dauber when applying ink to the Scenic Wonders Stamps. These are “Distinktive” stamps, and I like the results when you are able to control the amount of ink on the stamp.
The card base is Garden Green Cardstock, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
After gluing the background to the card base, I cut the deer from Fresh As A Daisy DSP in the new color, Pebbled Path. I layered the deer, with cardstock for thickness, and attached the deer with tiny pieces of Dimensionals. The foliage was cut from Fresh As A Daisy DSP in the new color, Moody Mauve. The deer and foliage are also Grove Dies; see why it’s a favorite die set?
The sentiment, “so glad you’re in this world with me,” is from the new, Scenic Wonders Stamp Set. I stamped it in Tuxedo Black Ink on Basic White Cardstock, and used a Wonderful Thoughts Die for cutting. I imagine Stampin’ Up! planned for this die to cut this sentiment perfectly, and I was thrilled to discover that it did!

Many Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators were excited to learn that a Spanish stamp set was in the 2023-2024 Annual Catalog. You can see the Spanish and English versions in my Product List below.
Earthen Textures, or Texturas Naturales, immediately caught my eye when viewing the 2023-2024 Annual Catalog for the first time. The Earthen Elegance Designer Paper included the new In Colors, and would be great for masculine cards; not to mention the fabulous Earthen Textures Dies!

My first card using this suite began with a Very Vanilla card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. I layered this with Earthen Elegance Designer Paper, cut with the largest Deckled Rectangles Die. This pattern reminds me of Pussy Willow. Isn’t it great?
The second layer is a striped pattern of Earthen Elegance Designer Paper, cut with a 3 1/8″ X 1 3/4″ Deckled Rectangles Die. The third layer is foil (for a little shine), cut with the same Deckled Rectangles Die, trimming it to 3 1/8″ X 1″ with a second cut.
Next is a stylized leaf, cut from Earthen Elegance Designer Paper with an Earthen Texture Die. Doesn’t it make a great focal point in the Pretty Peacock color? After gluing the first three layers, I layered the leaf for thickness, and attached it with Dimensionals, leaving the stem free.
“Muchas Gracias” is from the Texturas Naturales Stamp Set. I stamped it in Copper Clay Ink on Very Vanilla Cardstock, used the same Deckled Rectangles Die for cutting, and attached it with Dimensionals.

Welcome to this week’s Global Design Project sketch challenge. See how our designers used the sketch, then join in the fun, and hang your creation in our gallery.
Have you made a slimline card? It’s easy, and fun to work with a different proportion. I began by cutting Pebbled Path Cardstock, 8 1/2″ X 7 “, folded at 3 1/2″, for the card base. Then, I cut Basic White Cardstock, 3 1/4″ X 8 1/4”, for my background, which would be glued to the card base as a last step.
I decided to use flowers from a favorite designer paper, Hello Irresistible. An Irresistible Blooms Die was used to cut three flowers from the designer paper. We love it when Stampin’ Up! matches dies to the designer paper! Then, I used Paper Snips to cut a row of top petals from additional flowers, and attached the petals with Dimensionals.

Irresistible Slimline
The flowers are attached to a wonderful die-cut from Irresistible Blooms, and I think I’ve figured out the easiest way to use it. I cut a piece of Pebbled Path Cardstock, 6 1/4″ X 1 1/2″, and adhered it to the same size cut of an Adhesive Sheet. Then, I placed the Irresistible Blooms Die on top of the cardstock, and ran it through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine. After cutting, I poked out all the parts that weren’t part of the design, before peeling the backing of the Adhesive Sheet.
Leaving the die in place, I positioned it on the Basic White Cardstock layer, pressing to make it stick, before removing the die.
Next, I used an Irresistible Blooms stamp to add splashes of dots to coordinate with the flowers in three colors of ink: Flirty Flamingo, Petal Pink, and Daffodil Delight. After attaching the flowers with Dimensionals, I added leaves that were cut with an Irresistible Blooms Die from Thick Basic White Cardstock.
The sentiment, “i couldn’t be happier to have you as my friend,” is from the Irresistible Blooms Stamp Set. I used a Wonderful Thoughts Die for cutting. I have the bundles pictured in my Product List below, because I really recommend the bundles, because you might as well save 10%!

I was excited to receive the new, Patchwork Pieces Dies, and couldn’t wait to get started! You can see all of my supplies in my Product List below. After experimenting a bit, I found a good way to keep the cut pieces lined up.
I began with Basic White Cardstock, 3 3/4″ X 5 1/4″. Then, I placed the die in the center, which cut six, perforated pieces, but it’s the frame I used for this card. I gave the frame texture with a Basics 3D Embossing Folder, and glued it to a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
Patchwork Pieces and Daisy
Next, I used the same die to cut Hello Irresistible Designer Paper, and this time I used the six, cut pieces. After gluing them inside the frame, I stamped the sentiment in Memento Black Ink. “Hello” is from the Cottage Wreaths Stamp Set, the perfect size for my space.
To complete the card, I used Cheerful Daisy Dies to cut the largest flower from the same Hello Irresistible Designer Paper. I wanted the flower to blend in, so it wouldn’t take away from the new, perforated pattern. The last touch was adding a white branch, cut from Basic White Cardstock, with a Cheerful Daisy Die.
