If you like birds, you’ll LOVE the Birds & Branches Bundle! I have the bundle pictured in my Product List below, and I’m not even showing the stamp set and die set separately, because you really need both. Plus, the bundle gives you a 10% savings.
Today’s card is monochromatic, with the exception of the flowers.
Birds & Triangles
Instructions
Cut Gray Granite Cardstock to 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, fold in the middle at 4 1/4″, making your card base.
Creating the triangles is a bit tricky. Cut a piece of In Good Taste Designer Paper a “smidge” smaller than the card front, so, 1/16th” smaller than 4 1/4″ X 5 1/2″. Using your Paper Trimmer, line up the points with the track, and slice it from corner to corner.
Turn the paper, holding the halves together, line up the points, and make a second cut. It should look like this.
Glue the top and bottom triangles to the card front. Save the other two pieces for another card. Pretty cool, huh?
Stamp the two birds from the Birds & Branches Stamp Set in Gray Granite Ink, and cut with the Birds & More Dies. Also, stamp the feet for the bottom bird, cut with the die, and glue to his backside.
Place two Dimensionals on each bird.
Use the Birds & More Die to cut the branch from Gray Granite Cardstock. Before gluing the branch to the card front, glue the top bird to that one leaf, then remove the Dimensional backings, and attach the branch and one bird. Then, you can attach the bottom bird.
The pretty flower is also from the Birds & Branches Stamp Set. Stamp three flowers in Rococo Rose (I “stamped off” for a lighter shade) on Whisper White Cardstock, and cut with a Birds & More Die. Attach with Dimensionals, and add Woven Threads Sequins to the centers.
The sentiment is from our other great bird set, Free As A Bird. Stamp “thank you” in Gray Granite Ink on Whisper White Cardstock, and cut with an Ornate Frames Die.

Hello, welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop! This month our Design Team is showcasing “Gifts From the Garden.” We hope you enjoy and will be inspired by them! Don’t forget to leave comments! Can’t you see a garden filled with gorgeous peonies? Today’s “thank you” card has step-by-step instructions, plus my supplies in the Product List below. Enjoy!
Step-by-Step Instructions
Cut Thick Whisper White Cardstock to 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, fold in the middle at 4 1/4″, making your card base.
Layer with Whisper White Cardstock, 4″ X 5 1/4″, embossed with the Subtle Textured Embossing Folder.
Prior to gluing the embossed layer to the card base, tape a strand of Linen Thread to the back, positioned as shown.
Cut a panel 2 1/4″ X 5 1/4″ from Neutrals 6″ X 6″ Designer Paper in Crumb Cake, and glue in the center of the embossed layer.
Cut a second panel 2″ X 5 1/4″ from Soft Sea Foam Cardstock, trim the sides using a Peony Die, and glue in the center of the Designer Paper.
Stamp the peony, from the Prized Peony Stamp Set, in VersaMark on Whisper White Cardstock. Sprinkle with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder, and set with the Heat Tool.
Color with Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends, which is SO MUCH FUN! The embossing keeps the color within the lines, which you’ll have to try to see what I mean. Use the darker Stampin’ Blends to add definition to the petals. After cutting with the Peony Die, place the flower on Dimensionals.
Stamp three leaves in Soft Sea Foam Ink on Whisper White Cardstock, cut with Peony Dies, and glue in place.
Using a Forever Flourishing Die, cut the sprig from Thick Whisper White Cardstock, and glue in place.
“Thank you” is from the Timeless Tropical Stamp Set, stamped in Soft Suede Ink, and fussy cut. This means I used Paper Snips to cut by hand. Glue the “k” to the flower, and attach the remainder with Dimensionals to be the same level as the flower.
Add a few Woven Threads Sequins (white tone), and your card is complete.

Who knew that calling someone a goat was a compliment? Being called a G.O.A.T. is actually a “super duper” compliment! Don’t miss what’s in the parentheses.

G.O.A.T.
Today’s Step-by-Step Instructions:
Cut Thick Whisper White Cardstock to 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, fold in the middle at 4 1/4″ to make your card base.
Use the largest Ornate Layers Die to cut a layer from regular weight, Whisper White Cardstock. Emboss with the Tasteful Textiles Embossing Folder, and adhere to the card base.
Stamp the sentiment in Memento Black Ink onThick Whisper White Cardstock, and cut with the smaller Ornate Layers Die. Stamp toward the left side, leaving room for the goat.
Cut a 1″ section from a Square Vellum Doily, color it with the Dark Mango Stampin’ Blend, and glue it to the back of the sentiment label. Attach Dimensionals for later placement.
Stamp the goat from the Way To Goat Stamp Set in Memento Black Ink on Whisper White Cardstock, and color with Gray Granite Stampin’ Blends. Hand cut with scissors, or use a die for cutting a simple square or circle to surround him.
Glue the goat on the end of the sentiment label.
Cut two pieces of foliage with Forever Flourishing Dies from Whisper White Cardstock. Using Sponge Daubers and Ink Pads, color one Granny Apple Green, and the other Flirty Flamingo. Trim the bottoms to a proper fit, and glue to the card base, leaving the tops free.
Attach the sentiment with goat, and you are done!

Today’s Prized Peony was created using embossed Cardstock for the flower, with colors and layout to “case” Manuela’s beautiful card.
Textured Peony
Step by Step Instructions:
Cut Thick Whisper White Cardstock to 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, and fold in the middle at 4 1/4″ to make your card base.
Glue a Square Vellum Doily to the card base, as shown.
Hand paint stripes of Soft Sea Foam with a Stampin’ Blend across Whisper White Cardstock, 3 1/2″ X 5″.
Use the Nature’s Thoughts Die to cut the striped layer, and adhere on top of the doily.
Cut the five “build a peony” flower parts from Very Vanilla Cardstock.
Emboss all, but the stamen, with the Subtle Textured Embossing Folder.
Brush the edges of the petals using a Sponge Dauber and Blushing Bride Ink.
Slide the flower parts together, smallest to largest, matching the bottom edge, and adding a dot of glue to hold them together.
Stamp three leaves in Soft Sea Foam Ink on Whisper White Cardstock, and cut with Peony Dies. Add color with a Soft Sea Foam Stampin’ Blend.
Attach the flower and two leaves with Dimensionals. You’ll add the third leaf after placing the sentiment.
The sentiment, “for you” is from the Itty Bitty Greetings Stamp Set. Stamp it in Memento Black Ink on Whisper White Cardstock, cut with the smallest Stitched Nested Labels Die, and tuck under the flower with a dot of glue. Now, add that third leaf.
For a touch of blue, like Manuela, add some Woven Threads Sequins, and you’re done!

I thought it would be fun to turn a daisy into a sunflower. Keep scrolling for instructions, and my Product List, where you’ll find supplies for both cards.
Daisy becomes Sunflower
Instructions:
The card bases are Crumb Cake and Thick Whisper White.
Cut the Cardstock to 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, and fold in the middle at 4 1/4″, making two card bases.
The next layers are Granny Apple Green and Cinnamon Cider Cardstock. Cut to 4″ X 5 1/4″, and adhere as shown.
Cut layers of Whisper White Cardstock 1/8″ smaller, and emboss with the Pinewood Planks (for the sunflower) and Ornate Garden (for the daisy) embossing folders.
Use the third largest Stitched Nested Labels Die to cut the hexagon from In Good Taste Paper (for the sunflower), and Granny Apple Green Cardstock (for the daisy).
For the sentiment, use the Well Written Die to cut “thanks” from Basic Black Cardstock (for the daisy), and Cinnamon Cider (for the sunflower).
Stamp the daisy from the Daisy Lane Stamp Set in Bumble Bee Ink on Whisper White Cardstock, twice (for the sunflower), and use the Daisy Punch for cutting.
Use the smallest Layering Circles Die to cut the sunflower’s center from In Color 6X6 Paper in Cinnamon Cider. Layer with Cardstock for thickness.
Use the Daisy Punch to cut two sets of petals from Whisper White Cardstock (for the daisy).
Give the daisy a small center, cut from In Color 6X6 Paper in Bumble Bee. I used the 1/2″ Punch, but it is retired. Layer with Cardstock for thickness.
If you have the die from Sweet Silhouettes, cut a stem from Granny Apple Green Cardstock.
Use a Bone Folder to curl the petals of the flowers, and attach in the center with Dimensionals.

Today’s birthday card is from the new, Game On Stamp Set. This idea has been “rolling” around in my head, since first seeing the set in the 2020-2021 Annual Catalog.
Without a bit of layering it is #simplestamping, meaning just stamps ink and paper, which is quick and easy, and great for beginners.
Roll with it
Instructions
Cut Thick Whisper White Cardstock to 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, fold in the middle at 4 1/4″ to make your card base.
You can simply stamp on the card base or…
Use an Ornate Layers Die to cut a layer from regular weight, Whisper White Cardstock. You could also use a 2 1/2″ X 5 1/2″ piece of Whisper White Cardstock without the detailed, die-cut edge.
Choose five colors of ink to stamp the rainbow of die (not to be confused with cutting dies).
I used Highland Heather, Balmy Blue, Granny Apple Green, Daffodil Delight, and Pumpkin Pie, which are in my Product List below. Stamp the first time in full strength, and a second time without re-inking. This is called “stamping off.”
Stamp the sentiment, “It’s your day. Roll with it” in Memento Black Ink. I used my Stamparatus to insure it stamped properly, but not necessary.
TIP: You can stamp on a piece of scrap paper before stamping on your project to ward off errors. Also, before stamping, look at the inked stamp to make sure there is full coverage, without ink on the edge where it’s unwanted.
Cut a piece of regular weight, Whisper White Cardstock, 4″ X 5 1/4″.
Glue the stamped strip at an angle, and trim the four corners.
Glue this layer to the card base, and you’re done.
