This “quick & easy” thank you card uses Happy Forest Friends Designer Paper, but any designer paper you like would do. Plus, a coordinating piece of designer paper can decorate the envelope flap. Just glue a 5 3/4″ X 2 1/4″ piece to Stampin’ Up’s Medium Envelope flap, and trim the excess with Paper Snips (scissors), using the flap as a template.
Happy Forest Thanks
After deciding on trees from the Happy Forest Friends Designer Paper, I cut it to 4″ X 5 1/4″, and glued it to a Mossy Meadow card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
Next, I stamped six “frames” from the Alphabest Stamp Set in Calypso Coral Ink on Basic White Cardstock. Then, I stamped the letters, “t-h-a-n-k-s,” inside the frames. You can see the entire stamp set in my Product List below.
After punching out the letters with the Best Label Punch, I attached each letter on Mini Dimensionals, and my “quick & easy” card was complete.

Today’s Christmas card is a combination of designer paper and die sets. You can see all of my supplies in the Product List below. I began by cutting the wreath from Boughs Of Holly Designer Paper with a Natural Prints Die. This gives the wreath a wonderful variation in color, don’t you think?
Christmas Wreath
To add texture to the background, I used a Candy Cane Die to cut Basic White Cardstock, 4 ” X 5 1/4″. I glued this to a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″, and I love the way the die-cut covers the entire card front.
After gluing the wreath in place, I fussy cut three pinecones from Painted Christmas Designer Paper, attaching two with glue and one with a Dimensional.
The sentiment, “from our home to yours,” is from the Leaves Of Holly Stamp Set. I stamped it in Real Red Ink, used a Sending Die for cutting, and attached it with Dimensionals on an angle to match the Candy Cane die-cut.
The wreath hanger is Real Red Cardstock, cut with a Warm Welcome Die. This is an early release set that will continue to be available in our 2023 January-June Mini Catalog.

The Boughs Of Holly Designer Paper is gorgeous, and has a coordinating stamp set and dies for making elegant holiday cards.
Today’s card features a large label, cut from Thick Basic White Cardstock with a Holly Berry Die. It has two leaves attached which I covered with green, Boughs of Holly DSP. I did this by die-cutting the entire label, fussy cutting the inside edge of the leaves, and gluing them on top of the white leaves.
Boughs Of Holly
After cutting the label, I stamped “Season’s Greetings” in Old Olive Ink. This is one of the sentiments in the Leaves Of Holly Stamp Set. The paper beneath the label is Sahara Sand Cardstock, cut with the 4th largest Deckled Rectangles Die, embossed with a Wintry Embossing Folder, and placed on Dimensionals.
The pattered paper is Bough Of Holly Designer Paper, cut with the largest Deckled Rectangles Die, and glued to a Sahara Sand card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
The horizontal strip was cut with a Palms Die, which fits perfectly across a 5 1/2″ card front. I used a red piece of Boughs Of Holly DSP for cutting, and glued it across the middle, before attaching the raised label.
For added detail, I used a Holly Berry Die to cut a sprig from Soft Succulent Cardstock. And, I attached three Matte Dots, which make decorative, 3D berries.

This week’s Global Design Project is a fun sketch challenge. See what our designers created, then play along with us and add your design to our gallery.
As soon as I saw the sketch, I thought it would a perfect opportunity to give you a sneak peek of the early-released set from the January-June 2023 Mini Catalog, Framed Florets. It will be available to purchase November 1, but Demonstrators were able to purchase it in October. Fitting Florets
The Fitting Florets Designer Paper is gorgeous, and I used three different patterns on today’s card. I first cut the Evening Evergreen, gingham pattern, 5 1/2″ X 4 1/4″, followed by the Soft Succulent pattern, 5 1/2″ X 3″.
To add some texture to the Soft Succulent piece, I used the Painted Texture Embossing Folder.
After gluing the patterned paper together, I used the largest Stitched Rectangles Die for cutting. Then, I glued this layer to a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
Next, I cut the pretty flowers from a third pattern of Fitting Florets Designer Paper. And, no fussy cutting; I used a Framed Florets Die!
The sentiment is from the Framed Florets Stamp Set, stamped in Evening Evergreen Ink, and cut with the smallest Stitched Rectangles Die. After attaching the flowers and sentiment with Dimensionals, I added three Fine Sparkle Gems as a final touch.

This month’s Paper Pumpkin was so fabulous, I wanted to make all nine cards exactly as they came in the kit! But, I used the punch-out words, “ho ho ho,” with the wonderful stamp set to complete today’s alternative card.
October “Ho Ho Ho” Alternative
I thought it would be fun to combine Paper Pumpkin with our early release collection, Fitting Florets. The oval was cut from Balmy Blue Cardstock, and the Fitting Florets Designer Paper, 5″ X 3 3/4″. Then I taped the Balmy Blue oval frame to the back of the DSP, which enabled me to lift the entire layer on Dimensionals.
The silhouette of Santa and his reindeer is one of the stamps in the Paper Pumpkin Kit. It was stamped in Night Of Navy Ink on Balmy Blue Cardstock, 5 1/4″ X 4″. I used the Stamparatus for placement, and stamping several times for the extra dark silhouette. Don’t you love Santa and his reindeer?
Next, I glued the Balmy Blue layer to a Night Of Navy card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
After gluing “ho ho ho” in place, I attached five, For Everything Fancy Sequins, to the sky.

You know it’s Fall when you see pumpkins! The pumpkin featured on today’s card is from the Hello Harvest Stamp Set, colored in an unusual way. First, I stamped the circle, from the Watercolor Shapes Stamp Set, in Pumpkin Pie Ink on Basic White Cardstock. Then, I stamped the pumpkin in Cajun Craze Ink on top of the circle, and touched up the stem and shell with a Pumpkin Pie Stampin’ Blend.
After coloring, I used its Rustic Pumpkin Die for cutting, and placed it on Dimensionals.
Thanksgiving Pumpkin
Behind the pumpkin is Gingham Cottage Designer Paper, 5 1/2″ X 2″, cut on the top and bottom with an Eden Die. This was glued to a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. Prior to gluing, I stamped the sentiment in Cajun Craze Ink. “Happy Thanksgiving” is from the Painted Pheasant Stamp Set.
The pumpkin is sitting on five leaves from the Hello Harvest Stamp Set. I stamped them in Pear Pizzazz Ink and Garden Green Ink, and used their Rustic Pumpkin Die for cutting.
After gluing the leaves, and attaching the pumpkin, I completed the card by adding tendrils to the pumpkin, cut from Pear Pizzazz Cardstock.
I had fun using Fusion’s challenge for today’s Thanksgiving card.
