The Heirloom Arrangements Kit has wonderful “punch-out” pieces to use in a variety of ways, beyond the kit. For this hexagon piece, I added foliage, created with Thoughtful Wishes Dies and two designer papers: Country Woods and Nests Of Winter. And, I stamped “with heartfelt sympathy” in Pecan Pie Ink, and attached a butterfly, also from the kit.
Countryside Corners
Next, I paired this pretty, hexagon, piece with a Countryside Corner die-cut in the same shape. Using the largest Countryside Corners Die, I cut Wildly Flowering Designer Paper in a Moody Mauve pattern. This was glued to a Basic Beige card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
Prior to gluing the layers, I embossed the card base with the Fern Embossing Folder. And, as a final touch, I added three Metallic Gems.

For the first day in April, a chipmunk takes center stage. I fussy cut this cute chipmunk from Storybook Moments Designer Paper, and placed her on Dimensionals. Her frame was created with Basic White Cardstock, cut with a Storybook Friends Die. I gave the frame texture with the Dashing Designs Embossing Folder.
Chipmunk’s Birthday Card
The frame was glued to Storybook Moments Designer Paper in a strawberry pattern, cut with the second largest Textured Notes Die. The next layer is Basic White Cardstock, cut with the largest Textured Notes Die. This was glued to a Boho Blue card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
“Happy Birthday” is from the Spring Corners Stamp Set. After stamping it in Early Espresso on Basic White Cardstock, I used a Textured Notes Die for cutting. The length of the label was shortened by running it through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine twice. I completed the chipmunk’s card by adding three Faux Glass Dots, that blend in with the leaves.

This week’s Global Design Project is a fun sketch. I hope my design sparks your imagination, so you can join us by posting your card. Don’t forget to tag it #GDP482, so we can find you.
I began with a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″, embossed with the Eyelet Embossing Folder. I layered this with eyelet patterned, Country Lace Designer Paper, 2 3/4″ X 5 1/2″. Then, I cut Basic White Cardstock, 2 3/4″ X 3 3/4″, and layered it with “denim,” Country Lace Designer Paper, 1/8″ smaller. This was attached to the card front with Dimensionals.
Eyelet and Denim
Next, I cut a circle from Basic White cardstock, using a Spotlight On Nature Die, and attached a “punch-out” bunny from Storybook Moments Designer Paper.
The sentiment, “Hello Friend,” is from the Storybook Friends Stamp Set. I stamped it in Night Of Navy Ink on Basic White Cardstock, 2″ X 7/16″, glued it to the circle, and attached both with Dimensionals. The beautiful bouquet is a “punch-out” from the Heimloom Arrangements Kit. I added three, Iridescent Pearls, as a final touch.

Who are the Piccadilli Players? We are 2024 Artisan Design Team members who wanted to keep our group together for occasional Instagram hops. The theme for our first hop was flowers in our favorite colors, which posted on Instagram March 28th. The flower I chose is from the Happy Hibiscus die set.
Hibiscus with Bokeh
For the first card, I cut the Happy Hibiscus flowers from Floral Delight Designer Paper. Don’t you love the yellow gingham? The leaves were cut with a Friends For Life Die, also from Floral Delight Designer Paper, in a green pattern. Then, I made a second cut with the leaf die, from Beautiful Bokeh Designer Paper, and used the “inside” pieces to fill in the frame.
Next, the leaves were glued to Beautiful Bokeh “sky,” cut with an Around It All die, and the flowers were attached with Dimensionals. After adding cardstock for thickness to the “sky,” I attached it with Dimensionals to a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. The entire card base was given texture with the extra large, So Swirly Embossing Folder.
“Happy Birthday” is from the Friends For Life Stamp Set, stamped in Old Olive Ink, and cut with an Around it All die. To complete the card, I added three, smaller flowers to the sentiment, and gave all the flowers yellow, Dots For Days.
For the second card, I used the same Happy Hibiscus Dies, and cut a “gazillion” flowers from Beautiful Bokeh Designer Paper. The die set has two of each of the flowers, so it didn’t really take that long. Then, I glued the flower centers to Basic White Cardstock, 5 1/4″ X 4″, leaving the petals free to lift for dimension.
After gluing the layer to a Bubble Bath card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″, I used Friend For Life dies to cut the word “friend.” Thick Basic White Cardstock was used for the word, backed with Beautiful Bokeh DSP, to blend in with the flowers, and it was attached with Dimensionals.
For some sparkle, I added Iridescent Discs to some of the flower centers.

I enjoyed fussy cutting (cutting by hand) the cute Storybook Moments bunnies, featured on today’s card. I wonder if the little bunny is reading about carrots…? They were attached with Dimensionals to Basic White Cardstock, cut with the 4th largest Countryside Corners Die. This layer was attached with Dimensionals to Soft Sea Foam Cardstock, cut with the third largest Countryside Corners Die.

The next layer is Basic White Cardstock, cut with the largest Countryside Corners Die, After cutting, I gave it texture with the Eyelet Embossing Folder. This layer was glued to a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
The sentiment, “best.friend.ever,” is from the Country Flowers Stamp Set. I stamped it in Crumb Cake Ink, prior to assembling.

Welcome to the Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators Fun Folds Blog Hop. There’s a lineup below to make it easy for you to hop along.
For today’s Fun Fold, I’m featuring the new, Online Exclusives, Woven Textures Designer Paper and the Textured Notes Stamp Set. This “Accordion Fold” is perfect for showing off the fabulous, designer paper. Plus, I combined them with an Annual Catalog favorite, the Friends For Life Bundle.
Woven Textures Fun Fold
I began with a card base of Basic Beige Cardstock, 11″ X 5 1/2″, scored on the long side, 1 3/4″, 4 3/8″, and 7″. After scoring, the first fold (smallest section) is forward, the second fold is backwards, third fold is forward. That’s all there is to the card base.
To decorate, I cut three pieces of Woven Textures Designer Paper, 5 1/4″ X 1 1/2″, two pieces 5 1/4″ X 2 1/4″, and one piece 5 1/4″ X 2 1/2″. I covered the entire inside with designer paper, but you could leave some card base showing, or use Basic White Cardstock for a personal message, instead of the lightly patterned designer paper.
“Thank you” is from the Textured Notes Stamp Set, stamped in Early Espresso Ink, cut with a Spotlight On Nature Die, and glued in place. I added leaves from the the Friends For Life Die Set, cut from Woven Textures DSP, and layered with cardstock for thickness.
“Friend” is from the Friends For Life Stamp Set. I stamped it in Early Espresso Ink on Woven Textures DSP, and topped it with a die-cut “friend” from Woven Textures Designer Paper. I also stamped leaves, from the Textured Notes Stamp Set, in Early Espresso Ink.
Completing the sentiment, “You are seriously the best,” is from the Textured Notes Stamp Set. I stamped it in Early Espresso Ink on Basic Beige Cardstock, used a Friends For Life Die for cutting, and attached it with Mini Dimensionals. As a finishing touch, I attached three, Adhesive Backed Metallic Gems.
