Ahhhh, the beauty of Beautiful Bokeh! For my first card with the Delightful Wishes Bundle, I wanted to combine it with the Beautiful Bokeh Designer Paper. Using five of the Delightful Wishes Dies, I created the three flowers. I studied page 33 in the 2025 January-April Mini Catalog to see how to place the detailed portion of the flowers; matching is a little tricky.

Delightful Bokeh
The center of the flowers, and this fabulous branch, were cut from Floral Delight Designer Paper. I backed the branch with cardstock for thickness, before gluing it in place. Don’t you love it? The background is Beautiful Bokeh Designer Paper, 5 1/4″ X 4″, glued to a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.

“Wishing” was cut from Thick Basic White Cardstock with a Delightful Wishes Die. Caution: If you want to dot the “i”, they are tiny. To complete the sentiment, I used “you a happy birthday,” from the Delightful Wishes Stamp Set. I stamped it in Crumb Cake Ink on Beautiful Bokeh DSP, and used its Delightful Wishes Die for cutting. After adding a layer of cardstock for thickness, I glued it in place, and attached the flowers with Dimensionals.

I’m sharing with TGIF.

For today’s Global Design Project, I had fun CASEing Emma Goddard’s creative design. I love her background of heat embossed leaves, and ribbon placed beneath the sentiment. Please join in the challenge, and tag your design #GDP480, so we can find you.

I began with Full of Life Designer paper, 4″ X 5 1/4″, and a leaf stamp from the Hearts Of Elegance Stamp Set, creating a heat embossed background.

Heat Embossed Background
Heat embossing is such a fun technique! I stamped the leaves in Versamark, randomly, on the designer paper. Then, I sprinkled them with White Embossing Powder, shook the powder off, and set them with the Heat Tool. You know the leaves are set, when they turn from dull to shiny, and I love watching this happen! The majority of the powder is saved for future projects.

To continue with Emma’s design, I attached Iridescent Striped Trim, across the middle of the heat embossed layer. After tying a knot with the trim, I glued the layer to Thick Basic White Cardstock, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
“I appreciate you” is from the Thoughtful Wishes Stamp Set, stamped in Memento Black Ink on the same, Full Of Life Designer Paper. I used an Unbounded Love Die for cutting, layered it with cardstock for thickness, and attached it with Dimensionals. For extra sparkle, I added six Iridescent Discs.

This little mouse, from Storybook Moments Designer Paper, told me his name is Timothy. He said he is a polite mouse, because he stays in the gardens, and doesn’t enter the cottages. Timothy was excited to be featured on my card. Isn’t he cute?

Timothy the mouse
His favorite garden is by the cottage in the center of my card, and he wanted it to “stand out.” I had just received the new Around It All Dies, and thought the shape would be perfect. So, I cropped the cottage from the paper, backed it with cardstock for thickness, and placed it on Dimensionals. Prior to attaching it, I glued the entire piece of designer paper, 4″ X 5 1/4″, to a Crumb Cake card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. Oh, almost forgot; before gluing, I attached Linen Thread to the back of the designer paper, and tied a bow on the front.

For the sentiment, Timothy chose “just a little note,” because he said he was little. We found it in the Penciled Pear Stamp Set, and I stamped it in Crumb Cake Ink on Basic Beige Cardstock. We used a smaller, Around It All Die for cutting, and attached it with Dimensionals. Then, Timothy took three, Iridescent Foil Gems, from his bucket to decorate it. He’s very happy with his card, and hopes you like it.

I love this bold splash of color against a white background, provided by Bloom Impressions Designer Paper. This multi colored floral was cut with a Hearts Of Elegance Die, layered on cardstock for thickness, and placed on Dimensionals. Talk about “clean & simple!”

Bloom Impressions Heart
Next, I stamped “Love you” in Memento Black Ink on Basic White Cardstock, 4″ X 5 1/4″. This layer was glued to a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. The sentiment is in the Hearts Of Elegance Stamp Set.

Prior to gluing the layer, I embossed it with the So Swirly Embossing Folder. Doesn’t the swirly “L” go with the swirly texture?

The gardening tools in the Storybook Garden Patch Bundle are wonderful! I bet you have friends who love to garden, and would appreciate a card like this.

Storybook Garden
The tools were easy to stamp in Memento Black Ink on Basic White Cardstock, and cut with their dies.

After stamping, and cutting, I colored the tools with four colors of Stampin’ Blends: Boho Blue, Gray Granite, Copper Clay, and Real Red. Then, I placed them on Dimensionals.

The background is a 4″ X 3″ section of Storybook Moments Designer Paper, glued to Basic White Cardstock, 5 1/4″ X 4″. Before gluing, I stamped it with “Happy Spring,” from the Storybook Friends Stamp Set, in Night Of Navy Ink. I gave the white cardstock texture with the Exposed Brick Embossing Folder. The card base is Boho Blue Cardstock, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.

For this week’s “love notes” Global Design Project, I’m combining the adorable, Storybook Moments rabbit, with the Heart Shaped Bundle. A Storybook Friends Die was used to cut the rabbit from Storybook Moments Designer Paper. These are wonderful, new products that just became available January 7th, which you can see in my Product List below. And, the best news is, the Heart Shaped Bundle is FREE, with a qualifying order!

Heart Shaped
The heart was created by stamping a Heart Shaped stamp in Crumb Cake Ink on Basic Beige Cardstock. Then, I used a Heart Shaped Die to cut Soft Sea Foam Cardstock, which I glued on top of the stamped heart. Crumb Cake Ink was also used to stamp the sentiment, “My thoughts of you are all heart shaped.”

After stamping, I used a Citrus Blooms Die to cut the Basic Beige Cardstock, which I attached with Dimensionals to a Crumb Cake card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.

Now, it’s your turn to create a “Love Note,” and be sure to use the hashtag #GDP479.
